All our products are dishwasher safe. However, since most of our products contain gold avoid the use of microwave and ovens for the same.

Over time, a patina can develop on the surface of your pieces from cutlery marks. All matte and semi-matte ceramics are susceptible to it.

No. Our ceramics are all lead-free and food safe.

Ordering & Shipping

Each piece in the Nira’s ceramics range is handmade, hand glazed and twice fired in a kiln. The process is slow and can’t be rushed. If you’re item is on backorder allow 2-3 weeks for production and then about 1-2 weeks for shipping.

All orders within India are sent via courier to a street address, we do not ship to P.O boxes.

Orders that are in stock are packed and shipped within 5-7(working days) of purchase. Products on backorder can take between 2-3 weeks.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed within 1 week and delivered within 7-10 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We put a lot of care into packing your ceramics so they arrive to you safely. In the unfortunate event that your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@nirasceramics.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Please include the your order number and images of the damaged box and damaged item(s) and we'll send you a replacement after assessment of the damage.

Payment & Returns

We accept all Indian/ International credit cards, Debit cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI etc through our payment gateway Razorpay. All prices mentioned are in Indian Rupees (INR).

At Nira’s, no two items are made exactly the same, each item is handmade and may differ very slightly to the images and measurements online. Due to the handmade process, some variation in shape, glaze,hue and size may occur from order to order. Every vessel is unique, featuring different curves and characteristics from the making and firing process. These irregularities in the finish are part of the character of the pieces and to be embraced as part of the aesthetic of handmade.

Refund Policy

Our products are handmade, one piece at a time, and there will be variations & natural blemishes which are not product flaws but inherent part of the manufacturing process.

Due to the high cost of shipping tableware products, we do not permit return/ exchange except in case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit wherein we will replace the products within 1-2 weeks.

To request a replacement, please send an email to support@nirasceramics.com with the order number and photographs of the issue.
