Terms & Conditions
  1. Customer to inform us for any kind of breakage or defects for replacement within 3-4 days and send the material back to our factory. Replacement of products will be done with in the stipulated time period.
  2. As all the products are handcrafted, each piece is unique with its little imperfections, which are a characteristic of a handcrafted product. Exchanges or replacements will be made in the case of breakage or a design flaw.
  3. Our warranty will cover only for Ceramic Items, not other materials like wood or glass sourced from outside.
  4. Customer will place the order with 50% payment as an advance and balance 50% to be paid at the time of dispatch of goods.
  5. Customer to give their full details as per attached file for customer registration in our system. Also provide the KYC Documents as per attached file like PAN Card, GST Certificate etc. Invoice will be prepared as per the details given by the customer and no changes will be done after the Invoice is prepared.
  6. Transportation will be borne by the customer at actual, which will be charged in the Invoice if we pay.
  7. Company will not be held responsible for any damage or breakage of goods, if customer is arranging their own transportation.
  8. Transit Insurance for all risks to be covered by the buyer on warehouse to warehouse basis. Seller will provide prior intimation of dispatch as soon as the cargo is booked also will provide Invoice copy & LR copy.
  9. Before signing acceptance of the cargo, buyer should put their remarks on the consignee copy of LR about the condition of the goods.
  10. For the Logos we are getting only 100 sheets printed and the buyer has to bear the charges of the sheets.
